Today I was out working with Active Adventure South West taking the Slap-heads basketball team Coasteering as part of their annual tour.
Anstey's Cove was the venue of choice for the 3 hour session. Their was a little swell coming through which made the session a little more exciting. All the guys enjoyed their time scrambling over the rocks, swimming and jumping from safe ledges that increased in height as the session went on.
