Today with the help from Dave at Active Adventure South West and Robin from Somerset Adventures we delivered a day of water sports to a group of Scouts from Stapleton near Bristol. The Day started with the 36 Scouts being split into 3 teams of 12 and taking part in a Raft Building session. The Scouts were given 45 minutes to plan and build their raft before taking to the water for a relay race.
After lunch the 3 groups got to try their hands at Kayaking with Robin, Paddle-boarding with Dave and Open Canoeing with Me. It was fantastic to see so many young people out enjoying the water and many passers by stopped to spectate for a while.
